GSP SurfaLube (5 Gallons)

SURF A LUBE ™ Equipment Storage Fluid Is a companion product to GSP’s Resin and Urethane Foam Removers; NZD ISO FLUSH™ Isocyanate Cleaner (flushing & immersion cleaning of Isocyanate (part A). SURF X FLUSH 2000 ™ (flushing & immersion cleaning of Polyurethane Foam). It is used in urethane dispensing equipment that is stored for an extended period of time.  Once the hoses and polyurethane spray equipment is thoroughly flushed, SURF A LUBE ™ is introduced to the equipment through spray lines for up to 12 months. This helps eliminate formation of polyureas and crystallized isocyanates that may form when any remaining residue reacts with moisture in the air.  SURF A LUBE ™ is stable under normal storage conditions. It is non-hydroscopic, nonflammable, biodegradable, VOC-Exempt, no ODC’s, non-corrosive and recyclable via vacuum distillation. You can eliminate disposal costs by recycling the spent material via vacuum distillation @760 mm Hg and (195-253)°C temperature.   For Liquid A & B & Semi-Reacted A & B:  Flush hoses and lines thoroughly with NZD ISO FLUSH™ Isocyanate Cleaner to remove all liquid and semi-liquid Isocyanate (Part A).  Flush spray unit thoroughly with SURF X FLUSH 2000 ™ to remove most uncured and cured polyurethane.  During Flushing, make sure the heaters on the machine are turned off.  Pump SURF A LUBE ™ into the system so that it remains in all areas.  Store unit in a cool and dry (moisture free) area for up to 12 months.  When starting up unit, flush out SURF A LUBE ™ completely and Ready to Go!
